Are you new to mountain biking, and looking to build a strong set of fundamental skills? Or, maybe you’ve been riding for a while, and want to refine things to make your riding smoother and faster. This full day program provides a strong foundation of dynamic skills such as bike body separation, high speed braking, cadence & shifting, wheel lifts, steep descending & climbing, cornering, and more.

Advanced Applications

Is it time to learn more skills to advance your riding ability, and attack more exciting terrain? If so, this is the course for you. This is a full day program that introduces skills that allow you to safely ride more challenging trails and bike park features. You will learn the dynamic mechanics of dropping ledges, tackling steep technical terrain, high speed cornering, pressure control, and more!

Air Time 101

Maybe you are inclined to get wheels off the ground. New trail designs offer fun areas to launch tabletops, hips, and gaps. While it is super fun, jumping can be dangerous if you just try to ‘send it’. Come learn the basic mechanical skills to make you safer, more controlled, and confident in catching air. You will learn all the dynamic components of jumping, from exit to entry, and apply them in various ways.
